I met Diane Sauer a year and half ago, when I needed someone to fix an old pin ball machine I had bought for my grandkids enjoyment. The Spiderman pinball machine was located over 300 miles from her home, but she traveled to the Adirondacks to fix it over a weekend, and has since fully restored the machine, and it works like knew. Being an avid video arcade game collector, and not knowing anyone in
the pinball business I was always reluctant to purchase a pinball
machine. After I found out that Diane was in the business I moved
quickly to purchase my first pinball. Diane refurbished this machine to

I purchased a Bally Mata Hari machine
from Diane after she restored it and it was basically plug and play upon
arrival. No adjustments were required, plastics and playfield were in
beautiful shape and mylars were added to prevent future playfield wear.
Diane was also wonderful on communication during the game restore
process and also during delivery. Thanks Diane, you did a wonderful job!
